Visakhapatnam: Filthy water of Vuda Park, popularly known as Taraka Rama Park in Visakhapatnam has left tourists disappointed.
It used to be one of the region's attractive tourist spots but now its foul smell is deterring tourists from undertaking a visit."The water seems polluted for boating. Regular cleaning and water treatment should be done in a bid to keep the park clean. The boats also require maintenance. The control unit of the water park is not functioning properly," said Bala Krishna.
Tourists can equally be held responsible for its condition as they throw water bottles and other wastes in the water park.Vuda Park is one of the most eminent tourists attractions in the city. This amusement park offers many fun filled rides and people can enjoy the various kinds of water sports available.
People also engage themselves with other activities like horse riding, skating, boating and camel riding. Many tourists crowd this place daily. The chief attraction of this park is its dancing fountain.Vuda Park is situated in lush green environs. It is abounds in flower gardens, long lawns and a well-maintained children's park.
