Chandrababu Naidu Judicial Remand Extended:- Former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu was arrested on September 9, alleged for misappropriation of funds related to Skill Development Corporation.

ACB court in Amaravathi on Thursday has extended Chandrababu Naidu’s judicial remand for two weeks, that is till Oct 19th. Justice Bindu has considered the CID request seeking an extension of judicial custody. This is the third extension granted for CID in the CBN case.

Advocate General P Sudhakar Reddy represented APCID and Supreme Court lawyer Pramod Dubey represented on behalf of Chandrababu Naidu. CID claims that Chandrababu Naidu is not cooperating with the investigation officers.

In the Supreme Court on Tuesday, a bench of justices Aniruddha Bose and Bela M Trivedi refused to entertain CBN’s plea and considered CID’s application for custodial interrogation. In both local court and Supreme Court, there is a disappointment for Chandrababu.
