Jaganannaku Chebudham Program Launched:- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan has launched a special program “Jaganannaku Chebudham” at his Tadepalli camp office. The program is a chance for the public to complaint directly to Jagan over the issues related to welfare schemes and government services in the state.
The helpline number is 1902, which is a toll-free number and will provide timely services to the public. The Jaganannaku Chepudham website was also launched by the CM and this is the improvised version of the Spandana program.

Jagan while addressing the occasion said that the program will focus to resolve public issues on priority bases. He also said that if there is a delay in pension or any welfare schemes or any sort of difficulties they can call the helpline number. All the state government employees are involved in the program. He also remembered that during his padayatra, he heard the problems from the public and of which 90-95% were man-made and the government can give solutions to such types of problems. Jagan by considering this, took the initiative of toll-free.
If a caller calls to the toll-free for any issues a unique YSR (Your Service Request) ID will be issued and the status of the complaint will be shared through SMS to the concerned person.
