Centre Issues Guidelines For Unlock 4.0

Centre Issues Guidelines For Unlock 4.0:- The coronavirus spread and the new cases have been spreading like wildfire. The cases are now all over the country. The Ministry of Home Affairs announced guidelines for Unlock 4.0 after the Unlock 3.0 is coming to an end by Monday. The lockdown in the country is extended until September in all the red zones and containment regions. The metro services which are shut across the country will be allowed to operate from September 7th in a phased manner. A limited number of passengers will be allowed into the metro and the frequency would be limited initially.

All the educational institutions and schools, colleges will remain closed till further announcements. 50% of the teachers will be allowed to come to schools and colleges to conduct the online classes from September 21st. There will be no restrictions for the people to move between the states of persons and goods. There would be no requirement of e-passes to travel between the states and cross the borders. All the movie plexes, swimming pools and other similar places will remain shut for the month of September. Open-air theatres will be allowed to open from September 21st.

All the other permissions which are granted for Unlock 3.0 can be continued in all the regions that are out of red zones and containment regions. There are no new guidelines issued for international flights. The states and union territories should not impose any local lockdown informed the Centre.
