Nipah Virus Claims Two More Lives In Kerala:- Despite of the Centre taking enough measures announcing that there is nothing to worry, the death toll of the Nipah virus victims reached 16 in Kerala. Madusudhanan (56) and Akihil Karasserry (28) died in Kozhikode Medical College Hospital last night and one more person has been tested positive with the deadly Nipah virus. Though the duo showed signs of recovery, their condition deteriorated. As of now three infected and nine showing symptoms are in the hospital informed a source.

Seenu Prasad (28), an army man from Kerala died in Kolkata recently and his fluids have been sent to National Institute of Virology in Pune for further examination. While the state has been trying hard to get out of Nipah virus, the arrival of south-west monsoon brought many worries. The Health Department along with the Kerala Government is trying hard to bring out the state from the deadly virus. The people are now left worried if Nipah virus takes a wide spread and infects more in the coming deaths.
