No Special Status For AP: Centre Confirms:- It's high time for the protestors return back to the state who has been trying to bring up the pressure on the Centre and across the circles of BJP. After a series of discussions, the Centre clarified that it is not possible to grant special status for Andhra Pradesh. However a special package is being offered and AP will be supported financially informed the Centre. Union Finance Ministry confirmed the news saying that the special package will be implemented.

"Such decisions cannot be taken basing on the sentiments and if taken so, other states would step out with their own sentiments which will turn tough for the Centre. This came as a huge shock for the people and the politicians of Andhra Pradesh. It's high time for the people of Andhra Pradesh to teach a lesson for the leading BJP in the Centre for ignoring the state badly. We have to wait to see how TDP responds about its ally BJP.
