Tollywood Actor Ravi Teja’s Brother Dies In Road Accident:- In a ghastly incident, Tollywood Actor Ravi Teja’s brother Bhupatiraju Bharath Raju died in a road mishap on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) in Shamshabad on Saturday night.
According to reports, the mishap occurred at around 10 pm, and the 45-year old was driving from Shamshabad to Gachibowli in his red color Skoda. Originally hailed from Kakinada and the first of Ravi Teja’s two younger brothers, Bharath also acted in a few films, but was more into controversies involving drugs and sex rackets.
The actor’s speeding Skoda Octavia car (TS09 EC 0799) crashed into a stationary lorry at Chennamma hotel near Kotwalguda in Shamshabad mandal and his entire body was smashed with the impact. As his face was completely disfigured the police could not identify the victim till Sunday morning. The speedometer showed 145kmph, the speed at which he was driving the car at the time of accident.
RGI Airport inspector M Mahesh said, “Due to high speed collision, Bharat died on the spot. The truck broke down and it was parked on the road side.” “The truck driver did not take proper precautions in parking the vehicle after it broke down. “A case will be registered against the truck driver,” the inspector said.
A bottle of Grey Goose vodka from the car was recovered by the police later. The car was registered on Ravi Teja’s mother Rajyalakshmi’s name. After completing the postmortem at Osmania hospital, Bharath’s body was cremated at Mahaprasthanam crematorium at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Ravi Teja’s third brother, Raghu took care of the funeral rites. Only a few friends and industry people were in attendance at the funeral. However, except for his younger brother Raghu, none of his family members attended the funeral.
Speaking to media, the actor reportedly sought privacy at this time of grief. He did not divulge much, but said that he could not see the mortal remains of his younger brother. Even the actor’s mother did not see Bharath’s body for the last time.
According to one of his friends, Bharath was living in a flat at Khairatabad all alone.
