To make the process easier for the beneficiaries of government pension, the Telangana state government has decided to set up white ATMs, through which, the pension holders can withdraw the money in easy way.

Regularly standing in line, at the gram Panchayat office, is becoming tough for the old age pensioners. In fact, there are instances, where the pensioners even lost their lives, standing in the queue, hours together.  
    
To avoid such difficulties to the old age pensioners, the government has come forward with the white ATMs proposal. To make it familiar and understandable to the pensioners, the design of the ATMs would also be in the white colour itself. These ATMs will be set up in the Gram Panchayat offices itself.

Faults in White ATMs will be solved in trail attempts

Primarily, the ATMs will be introduced as the trail attempt and the faults recognized if any, will be solved, and then be implemented in all the ‘Gram Panchayat’ offices officially.

As of now, the biometric system is already in the implementation, in a few of the areas through which, the beneficiaries receive the pension.  

Many beneficiaries, like the elderly, handicapped, widows, weavers, and Beedi workers are facing the tough time to receive the pension. Keeping in mind their situations, the state government came with this innovative proposal.

On October 2nd, celebrating the occasion of Gandhi Jayanthi, the ‘white ATMs scheme’ is going to be inaugurated. If this is proved successful, then the government is trying to implement the same proposal to the employment guaranteed workers too.

Telangana government is regularly moving forward with the public welfare schemes and is proving its identity by making all the schemes successful. If this scheme is also proved successful, then TRS government would be irreplaceable one for good number of years in the future.
