Flipkart sends rocks to the customer who has ordered 3 Laptops for their office. Amazing service by Flipkart which claims to be a leading e-commerce site. This is not the first time they are fooling the customers. A week ago Flipkart had shocked Telangana resident Chiluveri Srucharan, a winner of their Mega Sale with a carton of mangoes when he ordered an Asus Zenphone 5 worth Rs 8,099.  The Flipkart customer service team instead of being apologetic, had ignored his request for a refund or the phone he had ordered, instead, they had reportedly threatened him to keep his mouth shut on social media.

It is high time that these pranksters be regulated and booked under the law for fooling the customers. The consumer protection cell has to take cognizance of these fraudsters and book them under various criminal procedures and exemplary fine has to be imposed and compensated to the customer for the mental agony and hardship the customer has experienced.

E-commerce sites are minting money, but fails to address the grievance of the customers. They feel that they are not answerable to anybody. The government should act and take necessary steps to punish these pranksters. These companies are playing with the hard earned money of the customers.
