Pakistan reiterated that the Indian spy agency, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), is being involved in the terrorism activities in Pakistan and a befitting reply would be given to India if it didn’t mend its ways. Foreign Office Spokesman Qazi Khalilullah, said in his weekly briefing that Pakistan had conveyed its concerns to Afghanistan that RAW should not use its territory to destabilise the situation in Pakistan.
“We have been taking up the issue of Indian involvement in various parts of Pakistan from time to time, particularly when we have talks with them. I would like to recall that after the visit of the Indian foreign secretary to Pakistan in March, the foreign secretary had briefed the media about the Indian involvement in Fata and Balochistan,” the spokesman said.
“It is our policy to support peace and reconciliation efforts in Afghanistan. We have been saying that we support Afghan-owned and Afghan-led peace process. Pakistan has been wholeheartedly supporting this process and will continue to do that because peace in Afghanistan is good for people of Afghanistan, people of Pakistan and the people of the entire region,” he responded.
“Pakistan’s commitment to eliminate terrorism remains undeterred. Pakistan has rendered enormous sacrifices in the fight against terrorism. The ongoing Zarb-e-Azb operation is a clear manifestation of our nation’s resolve to root out terrorism, in all its forms and manifestations. Pakistan’s political leadership, Parliament, state institutions and the whole nation are fully united in this resolve,” he said.
Regarding the Karachi bus attack by terrorists, he said, “IS involvement in the attack cannot be established on the basis of a pamphlet purportedly left by the assailants inside the targeted bus. However, security agencies are investigating the attack,” he said.
Pakistan is infamous as a rogue state which is a haven for terrorists. The Army and ISI trains and support terrorist and use them for sinister purposes. Pakistan cries as the victim of terrorism and extort financial assistance to fight against terrorism and use the same money to train, arm and host terrorists. The Pakistan army, which had been defeated several times by the Indian army, recognizes themselves as an unmatch to the Indian army and hence wages proxy war against India using terrorists. Pakistan, a country which is not able to provide safety and security to the people of the country is very much training, hosting and funding terrorism. Pakistan presents themselves as a country which is fighting against terrorism, but in reality it hosts terrorism, so that it can extort financial assistance from world over. If terrorism is extinct, the financial assistance will cease, that is the worry of Pakistan. In this circumstance the country always tries its level best to keep terrorism live. The rogue country is a burden and a threat to the entire humanity.
