A Tollywood actor and dance director Vijay was dead in the Nepal earthquake while they were on the way to the state.
The actor who is currently working for a Telugu film Vetakaaram completed the shooting of the film and on the way to return to the state in a car, the movie unit experienced an earthquake and Vijay was dead on the spot. The car was rotated in the air and the others who were traveling with him were found safe. Vijay was originally from Bapatla, Guntur district.
It was already known that the Vetakaaram movie unit had gone to Nepal for the shooting of few songs in the film. The movie unit included director Virendar Reddy and the shooting of it was already started previously under Nitya Pooja Combines.
The shooting was actually held just 10 km away from the earthquake spot and immediately after the news, they started from there to other safe places. The movie unit then informed the local media that they were safe. Hero Dinesh, film producers Ramesh Chandu, Kishan, Director Ravinder Reddy and 20 people as staff were the others who went to that place. The unit is now planning to shift the Vijay's dead body to the state and on the other side, at Baapatla, the relations and family of Vijay were burst into tears after hearing to the news.
