TDP MPs belong to Seemandhra region shouted "Save Andhra" first at the main way of the Parliament. MPs Siva Prasad, Modugula Venugopala Reddy, Konakalla Narayana and Nimmala Kishtappa exhibited their protest holding placards and shouting slogans against the Government’s decision to bifurcate the state.

After the Parliament session started the MPs belonging to Seemandhra made noisy protests in the Parliament supporting Samaikyandhra (United Andhra State). It made commotion and utter confusion in the house.

The house then was adjourned till 12.00 pm.
