The President Pranab Mukherjee arrived Hyderabad on Monday was received by the Governor ESL Narasimhan and Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy with warm welcome. Reception was arranged at the Begumpet airport where Congress leaders were introduced to the President. They all went one by one to greet the President and to hand over bouquets.
Assembly Speaker Nadendla Manohar, PCC President Botsa Satyanarayana and Deputy Chief Minsiter Damodara Raja Narasimha also greeted the President. Then leaders of TDP TRS and YSR Congress Party met the President.
The President Pranab Mukherjee reached Hyderabad Begumpet airport by special flight on Monday evening stayed at Rajbhavan. He will participate in a program at National Police Academy today at 9.10 where concluding ceremony of the training to IPS officers will be conducted. He will return to Delhi by reaching Begumpet airport at 1.05.
In the wake of the VVIP’s visit to the State, heavy security is arranged and traffic diversions were announced before hand in the route of President’s movement.
