Green signal from Supreme court

Indian Supreme Court cleared the way on Thursday for a juvenile court to hand down its judgment on a teenager charged over the fatal gang-rape of a student preceding December.  As a matter of fact, the juvenile court has postponed giving its judgment four times on the teenager, one of six originally charged with a crime of the deadly onslaught which shocked India as well as ignited weeks of protests due to a legal challenge.

Yet, the Supreme Court said on Thursday that the court should go ahead unconcerned of its hearing on a petition for a review of the juvenile law.  Furthermore, Chief Justice P Sathasivam expressed that the juvenile board can go ahead accompanying its proceedings and pass orders accordingly.

That sounds better that at least now the Supreme Court has given green signal therefore the culprit would be ensured with a severe punishment. Let's hope for the best!!!

These social filth’s deserve nothing but death. Being a genuine fact it would never be a reason for the other culprits to learn lesson from it therefore at least let the deserving one get it painfully! If it works out inviting death for them then let it be, at least this way we can sweep the dirt from the society!
