Jagan case: Sabitha is A4, CBI files 5th chargesheet

In a major development, the Central Bureau of Investigation has named Andhra Pradesh home minister Sabitha Indra Reddy as A4 (accused number 4) in Jaganmohan Reddy's disproportionate assets case. CBI, which has been trying illegal assets case, has submitted its fifth chargesheet in this case this evening before the CBI special court.

The chargesheet, which was carried in two trunk boxes, told the way Dalmia Cements allegedly invested in Jaganmohan Reddy's Jagati Publications as the company got benefits from the then government run by YS Rajashekara Reddy. Sabitha Indra Reddy was then the cabinet minister. CBI, which questioned Sabitha earlier, found her role in the quid pro quo.

The CBI has filed IPC Sections 120b, 409 and 420 sections against Sabitha Indra Reddy in its 62-page chargsheet.

A2-Vijayasai Reddy

A3-R.H Dalmia

A4- Sabitha Indra Reddy

A5- Srilakshmi (former IAS)
