In the wake of the media reports that there are differences between Nandamuri Balakrishna and NTR, Balakrishna has finally curtained the speculations. He ruled out any differences with NTR. He said he and NTR had no problem and the news over this topic was baseless. Balakrishna was in Payakaraopeta for unveiling the statue of his father and former chief minister, NT Rama Rao.

It has to be mentioned here that several channels aired that there was rift going on between NTR and Balakrishna. The reports even said that the real person who caused this rift was TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu only to ensure that his son Nara Lokesh becomes the next key person in TDP. While Balakrishna rubbished these reports, Chandrababu Naidu is yet to make a comment.
