Finance minister Aanam Ram Narayana Reddy is introducing budget in the state assembly. As scheduled earlier, he started the budget speech at sharp 10. 26 am.  There has reportedly been some uproar in the assembly. However, Ram Narayana is going ahead with budget. Chief minister Kiran Kumar seemed to be very happy with the current budget as he was in all praise for the way agricultural budget was brought in for the first time in the history of the state.
