World is a strange place to live in. One often thinks that the place he lives him is the world and things will more or less be the same every where. But, that's not the case. In our own state of Andhra Pradesh, a very strange tradition has been taking place. You might probably get awestruck after you get to know about it. If we get into the details, there's a family in Pothavaram village of West Godavari district. This family has a strange tradition, which they have been following since ages. As per the tradition, whenever the marriage of a male from that family will be fixed, the family members will make him a bride, which would simply mean that the guy will be draped in a sari and ornaments that women wear. After making him bride, he would be taken to Ganganamma temple.

There's no explanation or information as to why this family follows this tradition. However, there's a talk that by doing so, the couple would have a prosperous married life.
