TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu, who kick started his padayatra, Vastunna Meekosam has been receiving overwhelming response. Notably, Babu today crossed 1000 kilometre milestone by foot at Pentakurthy of Nizamabad district. It is known that Chandrababu started Vastunna Meekosam padayatra on October 2. During two months, he toured Anantapur, Kurnool, Rangareddy, Medak and Nizamabad districts.  Babu, while discussing the problems of the poor and farmers, has also been writing to district collectors on the problems of the public.

Meanwhile, prime minister Manmohan Singh has enquired the health of Chandrababu Naidu when TDP MP s met the former this morning. Manmohan Singh questioned as to why Babu took this decision of tour by foot at this age. Also, he advised Babu to take good care of his health.
