Happy Weekend-morning Wishesh

Good Morning and accept my Happy Weekend alongwith your morning wishesh. It is a bright Saturday morning at Hyderabad, but it is not going to be all that bright as we are expecting heavy rain fall due to a depression. So get ready to carry your rainfall armory like rain coats and umbrella for your late night parties.

From the epics: Bhagavad-Gita:On Friday we had a glimpse of the Chapter Three of the eighteen chapters of the great epic which was delivered to Arjuna by the Lord himself. Chapter Three, Karma Yoga,  which is about 'The Eternal Duties of Human Beings.'  Do you know what Sri Aurobindo said, 'Bhagavad-Gita has a new message for every age and every civilization.'

And today we move on to Chapter Four, Jnana Yoga. This chapter deals about 'Approaching the Ultimate Truth.' In this Chapter the Lord reveals the reasons of his decending on this earth. He also emphasizes the way a disciple has to be in gaining the knowledge from a spiritual source. Later the Lord Krishna blends this two facts and solemnizes Arjuna in to a perfect disciple.

Hot of yesterday: MHA has asked the state government to assure safety of north east residents in the state. Central government bans bulk sms in AP, for a fortnight owing to the mass exodus of the Assam residents in the state. Assamese settled in the state were terrified with a sms campaign waring them, from unknown sources. State government is going all out to comfort them and giving them a secure feeling. Security has been tightened around their habitats. But 45 percent of 1,700 residents of the capital seem to have left the twin cities.

Entertainment: On Independence day, we had two films released Ek Tha Tiger in Hindi and Devudu Chesina Manshulu, in Telugu. In Ek Tha Tiger Salman Khan plays as our desi bond 007  and he has reaped bumper rewards at the box office as usual. Industry pundits are awestruck with the release timing of the star. Released  on Independence day just before weekend and Eid is an advantage for Ektha Tiger.

Tirupati: Devotees flow is normal inspite of being Saturday and weekend ofcourse. Sources say that nearly 18 compartments were filled with thronging devotees to have a glimpse of the Lord. Ordinary darshan shall take nearly 10 hours for the devotees in queue.

Sports: Hyderabad standard batsman V V S Laxman, who has always been in the shadows of Sachin Tendulkar , might announce his retirement plans. The batsman is known for his text book shots had been more appreciated by global media than by local ones. Like Dilip Vengsarkar who lived in the shadows of Sunil Gavaskar, Laxman was never much acknowledged. The good friend of the wall of India Rahul Dravid is to follow the suit of the latter.

Hyderabad Railways: More trains announced between Hyderabad-Kolhapur are announced by the ministry of railways. The ministry announced that on 22,23,25,26,28, special trains from Hyderabad shall leave at 11.10 pm. And the return trains from Klhapur – Hyderabad shall start at 7.30am on 24,25,27,28,30. Please  check with the railways enquiry for the correct timings and other details.

People neglected in CM's visit: Essential services were neglecting public complaints over Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy's visit to West Godavari District. As per many electrical fault repair service in Tadepalligudem has been neglecting complaints since Independence day. Also huge power cuts in the area are irking the public. Hope the authorities wake up and understand that public are equally important. (With inputs from internet-AW AarKay)
