Thursday Morning Wishesh

Hi.....Hello.....Good Morning!

Hi welcome back (after a holiday mid of the week), just two days more and the week end is fast approaching. Its party time folks, just enjoy. Well a bright Thursday morning and traffic seems to move an even pace on the Khairatabad-Ameerpet section. We just finished celebrating our 66th Independence day, yesterday. And now lets get back to our morning dosage from the epics.

From the epics: Bhagavad-Gita: On Wednesday we had a glimpse of the Chapter one of the eighteen chapters of the great epic which was delivered to Arjuna by the Lord himself. On Wednesday we discussed about the first chapter 'Visada Yoga', which is all about 'Lamenting the Consequence of War.' Arjuna on the battlefield, feels remorse to fight the war with his kith and kin who take the opposite side due to various reasons. The whole chapter reveals the battle line up and the people handling the various divisions of the artillery. The 'Father of the nation', Gandhiji was much inspired by the epic, he said the  Bhagavad-Gita calls on humanity to dedicate mind, body and soul to purity.

Today we discuss about Chapter Two: Sankhya Yoga, which is about 'The Eternal Reality of the Souls' Immortality.' The chapter deals about total submission. Facing contradictory impulses and unable to decide his present course of action, Arjuna submits himself totally to Lord Krishna seeking his guidance. And the Lord prevails on his ardent devotee.

Now lets take a deeper look at the news in general:

Entertainment: Yesterday we had two good films released Ek Tha Tiger in Hindi and Devudu Chesina Manshulu, in Telugu. Ek Tha Tiger was a romantic, spy thriller, that bonds Katrina with her former beau Salman Khan.  Our desi bond 007 Sallu Bhai outshines and is sure on a block buster tracks after Wanted, Dabangg, Ready and Bodyguard.

On the other hand  Devudu Chesina Manshulu had some good  numbers to groove, but the narration was lost in the process.

Tirupati: Devotees rush surges due to Independence day, holiday. Sources say that nearly 22 compartments were filled with thronging devotees to have a glimpse of the Lord. Ordinary darshan shall take nearly 11 hours for the devotees in queue.

Jangareddy Gudem: Bus Driver astonishes, over his job sincerity even in the last few minutes of his life. The pathetic incident occurred while the state transport driver Simhadri was on duty on Wednesday. While driving down a fully loaded bus, Simhadri had a cardiac arrest, yet he managed to halt the bus to one side of the road and then collapsed. He died on the spot, leaving the passengers indebted for a life time.

Visakhapatnam: Mild tremors rock parts of the district last night. No causality or property damage was reported. Only the people had a disturbed sleep with fears of more in mind. Many rushed out to the roads as the tremors occurred and stayed on the roads till late night. Nothing untoward occurred as per sources.

Mahbubnagar: Charging Mobile claims the lives of Mother and son. The son as usual was charging his mobile and when he was trying to unplug the mobile he got electrocuted. Some cut wires were the reason of the electrocution. His mother got electrocuted while  trying to save the son. (With inputs from internet-AW AarKay)
