Minister Prasad's bitter experience at Temple

The whole capital was celebrating Bonalu festival while the Minister for Handlooms & Textiles, S.S.I.&K&V.I.Board  G Prasad Kumar had a bitter experience today at the Mahankali Temple in Secunderabad. While the temple was flooded with VVIPs since morning, on account of the festival the security around the temple was tightened. The whole place looked to have more men in uniform owing to the pressure of the VVIP visitors. Unfortunately the Minister who was visiting the temple with his family was stopped by the security personnel and was not allowed to proceed further.

Irritated Mr Prasad protested outside the temple and incidentally MP, Anjan Kumar Yadav who was also present at the time, held DCP Srikanth responsible for the issue. Inturn a heated arguments followed between the two and angers mounted on both sides. As per sources the two also abused each other in the verabal duel that ensued.

Later seniors from both the sides pacified the two agitators and the Minister was allowed inside, with due respects. Mr Prasad with his family paid respects to the presiding Goddess and headed home. However onlookers remarked that the Minister will never forget the bitter incident on this auspicious day. (With inputs from internet- AW AarKay)
