CBI wants to attach Jagan's assets

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which is probing Jagan's illegal assets case, has filed a petition in the Civil Court seeking the permission for attaching the assets of Jaganmohan Reddy in the chargesheet.  In the petition, the sleuths requested the court that they be allowed to attach the assets of Jagati Publications, Indira Television and Janani Infra. In fact, CBI earlier filed the same petition. However, the petition was turned down since there were mistakes in the petition.

After rectifying the errors, the CBI has filed a petition today. The CBI sleuths already gathered the information on Jagati Publcations, Indira Television and Janani Infra. It may be noted that Jaganmohan Reddy is the prime accused in the illegal assets case and currently under judicial custody at Chanchalguda jail. His judicial custody would conclude on July 18. Meanwhile, the hearing on the narco analysis petition would be heard on July 16.
