With Andhra Pradesh High Court dismissing the bail petition of YSR Congress president Jaganmohan Reddy, he is going to knock the doors of the apex court for appealing. YSRC leaders revealed this to the media on Wednesday evening. They said Jaganmohan Reddy would approach the Supreme Court and appeal for the bail petition. The party leaders were of the opinion that CBI allegedly arrested their leader Jagan to affect the vote bank of Jagan ahead of bypolls.
YSRC leaders have been seriously finding fault with CBI's probe and alleging Congress party's role in Jagan's arrest despite Congress stating that it had no role to play in the investigation carried out by the CBI. In fact, Jagan's lawyer Ram Jetmalani too pointed out that Jagan was arrested illegally. However, High Court agreed with the arguments of CBI counsel and quashed the bail plea of Jagan. The leaders said that they would face the alleged high handedness of CBI in the courts itself.
