Sub agents dwindle puts Indians in trouble

Regarding the travellers who are facing troubles after being stranded at Sweden since last month 29, is the outcome of the dwindling of the sub agents, claims the travel agency Akbar Travels. About 92 travellers were stranded from the state. All of them were booked on a package for sightseeing by Akbar Travels. But the agent claims that the company has an arrangement with another  travel agent known as Happy Holidays.

Akbar Travels claims that the sub agents have not kept up their committment and hence the problem. The travels went on to infom that though many cheques issued by the passengers had bounced, they had not taken any action against them and awaited their safe return.

After the recent reports in the media over their involvement and the malicious propaganda that followed, the Travel agency wanted to release the statement to set things right.

It may be noted over 90 Indians, many of them Andhra Pradesh, who had booked a Hyderabad travel agent for a tour of Sweden and Jerusalem, are stranded in Swedish capital Stockholm. They had checked out of the hotel after tour operator told them a plane was ready for Paris, but are now on the roads, with neither a plane, or the travel agent around, nor enough cash to buy tickets back to India.
