CM commences Racha Banda in Telangana today

The Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy is to launch the Racha Banda program in the Telangana region today from Ranga Reddy District. The CM who is on tour in the district, today, is also planning ahead to conduct the program in Medak and Khammam districts.

The CM will be flying from the old Begumpet airport in a special helicopter at 10 am. His first halt would be at Acharya NG Ranga University in Rajendra Nagar. From where he would take the road and reach the Zoo Park to participate in the Forest Martyr Day celebrations.

Then he would reach Yaal village in Kesara Mandalam to participate in the Racha Banda program organized in a primary school. The highlights of the program would include allotment of ration cards to 2,20,969 eligible families, 20,894 will be sanctioned pension and about 18,000 Indiramma houses to be sanctioned. CM also plans to outlay a project costing 8.25 Cr for the construction of 33 Stree Shakthi buildings.
