TDP chief and former chief minister Mr Chandrababu Naidu began his Rytu Poru Bata Padayatra at Appareddy Guda of Shabad Mandalam in Rangareddy district today.
The Padayatra has been passing through the villages of Lingareddy guda, Manmarri, Botham pahad and Attaram cross roads. Chandrababu is scheduled to address a farmers’ meeting at Shabad later in the evening.
Naidu has been interacting with farmers in the Padayatra and trying to know their problems. During his interaction with farmers at several places, Naidu said he would strive to ensure that they would get higher support price for paddy, cotton and maize.
Earlier, Naidu was given a tumultuous welcome by the TDP cadres at the main road near Shamshabad airport under the leadership of the Rajendranagar TDP MLA Mr Prakash Goud.
