INSPIRE kindles the student brain to answer science questions

InspireInnovation of Science Pursuit for Inspire Research (INSPIRE)" is one innovative program proposed by the Ministry of Science & Technology and Department of Science & Technology for attraction of talent to science.

A five day seminar, INSPIRE to enlighten the need of Science Research and the various opportunities that existed in the field was organized at Guntur along with Velagapudi Ramakrishna Pure Sciences department at the college grounds. The event which commenced on October 01 shall end on October 05, in which nearly two hundred students would participate. These students are chosen from the nearby districts like Godavari districts and Vijayawada, in addition to students hailing from Guntur. All of them have scored above 90% in their tenth and are right now pursuing intermediate, in various colleges.

The students will get a chance to vibe with senior professors in science, who would enlighten them about the various issues on pursuing career in pure science research. The program is to kindle the student’s intuitive brain towards innovation and answer the innumerable questions posed by science through research.

The basic objective of INSPIRE would be to communicate to the youth population of the country the excitements of creative pursuit of science and attract talent to the study of science at an early stage and build the required critical human resource pool for strengthening and expanding the Science & Technology system and R&D base.
