Minister Komatireddy Venkatareddy said that congress MLA and mega star Mr Chiranjeevi would not be allowed to move in Telangana if he continued to talk in favour of united Andhra Pradesh.

Addressing media persons in Hyderabad this evening, the minister said they would not allow the Chief Minister and the PCC chief Mr Botsa Satyanarayana also to move in Telangana if they towed the line of pro-united AP.

Venkata reddy threatened to quit the congress party and the state cabinet if the Centre doesn’t make an announcement on the formation of the Telangana state on or before October 1. “We will also take part in the T agitation and resort to blockade of national highways from October 2,” he said, adding that the agitation would be intensified.

Congress MP, Mr Gutta Sukhender reddy, who also addressed the press, said they would not mind even to topple the government in case there is no favourable announcement on Telangana by the Centre before October 1. He appealed to the government not to try to scuttle the on going mass general strike.
