AU JAC asks SA leaders to quit posts

AndhraJacThe JAC of the Andhra University students today asked the people’s representatives of all parties of Seema Andhra area to be ready to quit their posts to keep the state united.

“You must be prepared to submit resignations to prevent the state from being divided,” they asked the MPs, MLCs and MLAs of the region in a media conference in Visakhapatnam. The JAC leaders asked the representatives to keep their resignation letters ready in their pockets and submit them when the situation for a division of the state arises.

Earlier, the JAC leaders held a meeting and discussed on taking forward the agitation to keep the state united.

The JAC, in coordination with JACs of other universities, in the last one month conducted rallies and human chains in several towns and cities of Seema Andhra demanding the Centre to keep the state united.
