Justice Bhagawati unhappy over trust affairs

Justice Bhagawati unhappy over trust affairs Satya Sai Central Trust members SV Giri and former CJI Mr Justice PN Bhagawati have reportedly expressed displeasure over the goings-on in the trust when the trust members met last night to discuss the notice issued by the government of AP.
 
The government served a notice on the trust asking it to reply with in ten days on the financial position, property details, income sources, main activities of the trust members and details of auditors, exemptions given to the trust by government departments and agencies and other related matters.
 
The trust members met last night in the Prashanthy Nilayam to discuss the issue. Justice Bhagawati, who enjoys a spotless reputation as the former chief justice of India, was said to have questioned the members RJ Ratnakar and Srinivasan on their receiving notices from the police on the seizure of the cash of Rs.35 lakh.
 
“Baba’s name is getting spoiled because of these developments,” Bhagawati reportedly commented and tried to get information from the two members on the seizure of cash and receipt of notices.
 
Reports said another trust member SV Giri had supported Bhagawati on the issue. However, Bhagawati failed in getting a proper reply from Ratnakar and Srinivasan and felt totally disappointed.
