Groom your Home!

Be it at office or home, the party mood is already ‘on’. Be it a get together at certain place or at your home, even at your home, party tohbaakihai. Keeping all the celebrations aside, just think if the party is supposed to be hosted at your place? No matter you might order food from outside, along with your look, the look of your home is to be transformed as well. now, how to groom your home for hosting that perfect party? here are some tips that can be of your help;

Before you start cleaning your home, put all your cleaning supplies (and a portable phone) into a basket and take it to the area you're going to clean. My mother liked to do what she called top cleaning: She'd tackle only the surfaces that were going to be seen or used. My version is to put a sock on each hand or grab a microfiber cloth and wipe every dusty thing I see. Give yourself five to 10 minutes per room. Stand in the center of the space and pick a few areas that really need work. Then do a quick cleaning spiral around the room to get the job done. Don't worry about vacuuming under every piece of furniture or organizing cabinets. If you and your guests won't see the dust bunnies or crammed closets, skip those spaces.

do not forget to Polish front-door hardware, check the lighting, and sweep the walkways or steps that your guests will take. Give the lawn or plants care or, if you live in a cold climate, make sure the ice and snow are cleared.

Vacuum or mop the floor in the entryway. Designate an area for coats by setting out a coatrack or by making space in a closet near the front door. Are there plenty of hangers? Prepare the bathroom for an influx of guests by setting out extra hand towels, soap, and toilet paper. (Give plumbing fixtures a checkup before the party season.) If guests will be staying overnight, furnish bedrooms with clean sheets, towels, books, and a vase of fresh flowers.

Well, these are some quick tips given by us. Once you start following the same, there is no delay in getting the ideas for transforming your home to better. So, get, set and go!
