DLF cheated by PVR Malls for Rs.300 Cr: Look out notices issued against Guptas
Hyderabad police have issued look out notices for the owners of the PVR Malls Mr Gowri Sankar Gupta, Mr Gopal Gupta and Ms. Saritha Gupta after registering cases against them for reportedly cheating the well known real estate group DLF to the tune of Rs.300 Cr.
Central Crime Station (CCS) DCP Mr Satyanarayana told media persons in Hyderabad today that they have issued look out notices as the Guptas are suspected to be planning to leave the country. “We have formed six special teams to nab them and we are hopeful of getting them early,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Guptas have applied for anticipatory bails in the Nampally criminal court in Hyderabad. The court has reserved its order for March 3 on their anticipatory bail pleas.
DLF real estate group owners had lodged a complaint with the CCS that the Guptas have cheated them to the tune of Rs.300 Cr by promising to get prime lands in and around Hyderabad for some of their projects. (J)
