Stylish Star Allu Arjun's short film 'I Am That Change' was officially released in YouTube and already the video was hit with one lakh views. The film starts with a traffic police trying to stop a man driving a car while talking on the phone. The police stops the car but the filthy rich guy offers bribe to the cop, and in another incident, a girl who comes unprepared for the exam, tries to copy from her friend's answer sheet and lastly a little boy throws a cool drink tin on the road while a daily wage laborer cleans the road.

All these three people, for a moment think about being responsible. The cop rejects the bribe and asks the guy to pay fine while, the girl declines to take the answer sheet of her friend and lastly the little boy picks the tin from the road and puts it in the dust bin.

The film is all about being responsible citizens of the nation.
