Superstar Rajinikanth new film titled Lingaa was formally launched short while ago in Mysore. The launch ceremony was held in at Chamundeshwari Temple, Rajinikanth, Kannada actors Ambareesh, Sumalatha participated in the event.

Lingaa will be directed by KS Ravi Kumar while Bollywood beauty Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka Shetty will be romancing with Rajini. AR Rahman will compose music for this film.

Kannada producer Rockline Venkatesh is going to produce this movie  and shooting of Lingaa is expected to start from June.
