YouTube bans ‘Baahubali’ trailer June 03, 2015 18:38

Within no time of releasing the Baahubali trailer, it went very viral across the world, which managed to cross 20 lakh hits within a short time. Forget about Tollywood stars, this is in fact a dream milestone for Bollywood biggies too, to get the number of hits within a few hours. Many thought that, it would set a new record by securing the highest number of hits on the YouTube. But, the sad thing is, ‘YouTube’ has removed the trailer, claiming the spam content in it. Previously, the same issue was faced by Mahesh’s Nenokkadine trailer.  YouTube authorities, who are confused about the number of hits, might have questioned themselves that, how can a single Telugu movie trailer could reach lakhs of views in just a few hours and so thought that, there might be some spam procedure done, to get the hits and had finally removed the trailer.  On the other side, it was heard that, few of the people are involved in the spam procedure to get the number of hits and as YouTube identified them, it had to remove the trailer. But whatever the case, the news is not only disappointing to the fans, but the entire cinema lovers across the world. By the way, it’s the Telugu trailer that is banned,  the trailer is still available in other languages.   By Phani

Bolder Indelible ink marking will prevent bogus voting June 03, 2015 17:57

Election Commission has issued orders instructing that the ink should be applied using a brush specifically provided for the purpose. The order makes it clear that the ink "will be applied on the voter's finger with the help of brush from top of the nail to the bottom of the first joint of the left forefinger". This will ensure the marking is bold and visible. The EC said that the polling official in-charge of the 'control unit' (of electronic voting machine) "shall ensure that the mark of the indelible ink is intact on the finger of electors, before pressing the ballot button of control unit". "A copy of this instruction may be sent to all district election officers and returning officers. This instruction may also be brought to the notice of all presiding officers and polling officers during trainings for strict compliance. A copy of this instruction shall be kept in the kit of presiding officer given to him while leaving for poll duty," the Commission said. The order is issued by the election commission, as during the recent elections, certain reports regarding "improper application" of indelible ink have been received by the Commission. The complaint stated that poll officials are using match sticks, instead of a brush to apply ink. The ink is not visible and often leads to allegations that people have tried to remove it in a bid to cast bogus votes again. The Election Commission has also instructed the Managing Director of Mysore Paints and Varnish Ltd, to ensure the supply of brushes along with the indelible ink supplied to the states and UTs with "immediate effect". Karnataka government undertaking, Mysore Paints provides the famous indelible ink for voters to all states in India and even some foreign countries. Indelible ink markings are used to mark voter’s finger during elections to avoid fraudulent, multiple voting and malpractices. This ink is not removable for a few days, which prevents the casting of false votes. This is a welcome step from the election commission to avoid bogus voting. By Premji

Impress them first, later your buddies June 03, 2015 15:50

You look beautiful- A comment like this, from the opposite person gives a pleasure. But remember, the pleasure is guaranteed only when you are really beautiful. Some of us have a habit of falling back of the people, to get few compliments from them about our attire. In that sense, there would not be any person, who does not surrender to the compliments.  The compliments anyway gives us happiness, but the most important thing is,  complimenting ourselves. If you are not satisfied in the attire you are, but your buddies liked it, then, though their compliments gives you pleasure, do not accept it. Because, the first genuine compliment you are afford to get, is from your world’s best and a genuine well wisher of you, which is always ‘YOU’.    By Phani

Here is a way to win a guy’s heart! June 03, 2015 15:49

Do you like someone? Are you looking to draw his attention towards you? If you are in this situation and finding ways to approach him, then, follow these simple tips to get the man of your dreams. Exchanging glances: Eye contact is a key aspect. The way you look at a person says a lot about your affiliation towards them. He'll get the hint that you're interested in him. Introduce yourself: Try to start little conversation with him. With the eye contact, he would already have idea that you are interested in him but he needs confirmation he would think of making the first move. Make a small remark when you see him around and then go ahead and introduce yourself. You really need to strike an interesting conversation with him that would make him remember you for who you are. Sustain his interest: If the above thing works, then he might in all likelihood approach you today. This would also give you an impression whether or not he's actually interested in you. Furthermore, if he tries a small talk with you without any initiation, be assured he is attracted to you. Now the tricky part, you have just caught his attention but you need to sustain his interest. Don't hesitate if he asks you to join him for lunch or coffee. Just go ahead and accept the offer. But when actually having conversation, engage him by asking questions and listen well to his responses. Passive stalking: Send him a friend request and get set to do some research on his likes, interests, his social circle etc. if you are well versed with his interests, find out what’s happening in the city in line with his interests and plan for a event or going to the play/exhibition/concert together. Let him chase you: You have done enough work. Now, it's time to reap the fruits of your hardwork. Wait for his call or text. Do not send a text yourself and don't even reply promptly to his text. Thus, remaining out of reach a little and making him realize that he's still got some work to do will only add to your advantage. When he actually asks you out... The time has come when he'll ask you out officially on your first date. It's completely normal to have butterflies fluttering furiously in your stomach, but you need to take it easy for your own good. By Lizitha
