Facebook Removes 7 Million False Information Posts On Coronavirus:- Facebook on Tuesday removed over 7 million posts on coronavirus that are false. All these were posted during the second quarter of the year about novel coronavirus. The content included fake numbers, preventative measures and cured statistics. The data has been released as a part of the sixth Community Standards Enforcement Report which was introduced by Facebook in 2018. Facebook also said that they are in plans to rope in experts to audit the metrics that are used in the report. The new process will start next year as per Facebook. A total number of 22.5 million posts containing hate speech are removed by Facebook in its second quarter. The number of removed posts in the first quarter are said to be 9.6 million. Facebook also said that they had deleted 8.7 million posts about the extremist organizations. Facebook is using an automation technology to review the content during the second quarter of the year. They also had few reviewers in its office after the arrival of the coronavirus pandemic. Facebook is in plans to make this department quite strong in the coming months. Yesterday, violence erupted in Bengaluru after a facebook post went viral. Three people died in the violence which had 1000 participants.

Coronavirus India Tally Stands At 23.3 Lakhs:- Coronavirus is having a huge impact across India and the number of new cases are increasing at a jet speed. A number of 60,963 new cases of coronavirus are reported in the country in the past 24 hours taking the total tally to 23,30,448. The total number of deaths in the country stands at 46,091. The total number of recoveries in the country are said to be 16,39,599 as per the reports from the Union Health Ministry. There are 6,43,948 active cases in the country and 834 people passed away in India yesterday alone. The panel of vaccination will meet in the country today to discuss the key issues that are suitable for the selection of vaccination, procurement and delivery. India stands as the third most impacted country in the world after the USA and Brazil. The USA is on the top of the list with 51,41,013 cases and Brazil is in second place with 30,57,470 cases of coronavirus. Russia and South Africa stand next to India in the list. Telangana registered 1897 cases in the past 24 hours along with 9 new deaths. Russia already announced that they are ahead and are ready with the vaccination for coronavirus. The human trials in India too reached final stages.

As per the current rankings, Reliance Industries is placed 96th and is the only Indian firm to be placed in the Fortune 500 Global List. Reliance Industries broke into the top 100 list in 2012 and was ranked 99th place. But it later slipped places and is ranked 215 in the year 2016. The state-owned Indian Oil Corporation which is a venture of Reliance Industries came down by 34 positions and is ranked 151 in the list. ONGC is in 190th place and SBI is ranked 221 in the list of Fortune 500 Global List. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) is on the 309th rank and Tata Motors is at 337th place and Rajesh Exports in 462nd place in Fortune 500 Global List. Reliance Industries registered a revenue of 86.2 billion USD and its IOC had a revenue of 69.2 billion USD. Walmart is on the top of the Fortune 500 Global List with a revenue of 524 billion USD and is followed by Sinopec Group with 407 billion USD, State Grid with 384 billion USD and China National Petroleum with a revenue of 379 billion USD. Shell slipped down two positions.Indian Oil, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation, State Bank of India, Bharat Petroleum, Tata Motors, and Rajesh Exports are the other Indian firms that made it to the Fortune 500 Global List.

Russian President Vladimir Putin launched the first-ever coronavirus vaccine in the world. Putin asked the Health Minister Mikhail Murashko to keep him updated about the vaccine that is in the final stages of clinical trials. He says that it is working quite effectively. Putin met the press and made it clear that this is the first-ever vaccination in the world for the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Putin said that the vaccine underwent all the necessary tests. Putin said that one of his daughters received a shot of the vaccine and she is doing absolutely fine. Health Minister Mikhail Murashko said that the registration is conditional and the trials will continue. The Health Ministry of Russia confirmed that the mass vaccination starts in October. The vaccine was developed by Gamaleya National Research Center of Epidemiology and Microbiology. The final check-up showed immunity in all the participants. The clinical trials of the vaccine started on June 18th and tests were conducted on 38 volunteers. All the participants developed immunity and the first group of volunteers got discharged on July 15th and the second group of volunteers got discharged on July 20th. Gamaleya National Research Center of Epidemiology and Microbiology along with the Russian Defence Ministry developed the vaccine.
