A woman in Australia on Thursday March 22 was ordered legal case who was found guilty upon breaking and entering into a mans house and raping him, the Daily Mail reported. Rebecca Helen Elder, 39, pleaded not guilty to one count of aggravated serious criminal trespass at the man’s home, and one count of rape. She appeared in Adelaide’s District Court Thursday morning. According to the report case was filed as these offences took place at at a suburban location between the dates Sep 20 and Sep 23 in 2011. Judge Wayne Chivell confined Rebecca Helen on ongoing bail upto the hearing scheduled for next month.
