Power Star's Gabbar Singh brought back the star on the box office radar, with his film crossing the 100 days mark. There is a general statement among industry bigwigs that Gabbar Singh has crossed all records and is the biggest grosser for the year, till now. They also add that the film has been the second largest grosser in the Telugu film history. However the Producer Bandla Ganesh, remained humble. He said it was an outright Pawan Kalyan film and he is the sole person to be credited.

Ganesh was also all of praise for debut Director Harish Shankar and Music Composer Devi Sri Prasad, who made his dream a reality. He thanked the entire Gabbar Singh crew who contributed for the success. Shruthi turned as a lucky mascot overnight with this block buster. Gabbar Singh a remake of Salman Starer Dabang, just took the story threads from the original and the rest was fabricated by Harish as per the Tollywood flavor. Being an ardent fan of Pawan Kalyan, he showcased the Power Star like the way he would like. And this phenomenon struck chord with other fans too and it turned out to be record breaker.

Pawan Kalyan who had failed several expectations after Kushi, had always good openings. But with this film he has reimposed faith in his ardent fans that the star is much in the reckoning to fill the void created by the Megastar. Megastar left the tinsel world to serve the people and his brother Power Star continued his legacy.
