It is now reportedly established that the TV Channel anchor, who was said to have close links with Bhanu Kiran, the suspected killer of faction leader Maddelacheruvu Suri, belonged to the NTV. Sources said the channel management is thinking of firing the anchor from her job after coming to know of her links with Bhanu.

It may be mentioned there were reports recently that an anchor has links with Bhanu Kiran. The reports said that Bhanu took her help in threatening a lady NRI of Mahboobnagar district and occupying her land. The NRI also reportedly lodged a complaint with police that Bhanu Kiran took crores of rupees from her in the name of purchasing land for her but cheated her fully without buying any land on her behalf.

Now, reports say that the said anchor had maintained close relations with Suri also and used to call him on mobile directly whenever they wanted to talk. As police came to know that Suri had also made investments in NTV, investigators are also looking into that angle. 

Meanwhile, reports say that Bhanu Kiran is really in police custody and special police are interrogating him though they denied the reports of his arrest. Police may soon make public of his arrest after extracting all the information they wanted from him.
