Mangalavaram to have a Sequel:- It is the season of sequels. Several filmmakers are announcing sequels during the end cards of their films. Some of them banking on the success of their films. Ajay Bhupathi's next film Mangalavaram is high on expectations and it is hitting the screens this Friday. During the media interaction, the director himself announced the idea of Mangalavaram 2. He said that there would a lead for the next part but he is not sure if it would be a sequel or a prequel. Things would be finalized after the relase of Mangalavaram.

He also said that the film will not have any vulgar scenes and the performance of Payal Rajput is the major USP of the film. Mangalavaram is also a thriller and the last 45 minutes would be a highlight told Ajay Bhupathi. He called Mangalavaram a different experience and he sounded very confident on the film. Kantara fame Ajneesh Loknath scored the music and background score. Ajay Bhupathi along with Mudra Media Works produced Mangalavaram.
