Nag's Wild Dog is based on a real-life incident:- King Nagarjuna is yet to taste a huge hit in the recent years. The actor is betting big on Wild Dog, an action thriller that is gearing up for summer release this year. Wild Dog is directed by debutant Solomon and is based on a real-life incident. Wild Dog is inspired from the twin blasts of Hyderabad that took place in 2007. The film's director Solomon said that he collected a lot of information about the incident and he followed the investigation of the NIA after which he penned the script. The director also met several NIA officials and other cops before going for the shoot.

The film was extensively planned to be shot in Bangkok, Sikkim and Nepal. After the arrival of the coronavirus pandemic, the pending portions are canned in Manali after the makers could not acquire the permissions for the shoot. The trailer of Wild Dog clocked 10 million views and is trending all over. The film is made on a big-budget and is produced by Matinee Entertainments. Wild Dog will hit the screens on April 2nd. Nagarjuna, Dia Mirza, Sayyami Kher, Ali Reza played the lead roles in Wild Dog.
