Varun Tej new movie title is not Loafer. The tentative title of the movie is 'Ma amma Seethamalaxmi'.

Right from the start of Puri Jagannath and Varun Tej project, Loafer is the only title that, is in the news. Puri Jagannath earlier gave negative titles like these in the past like Idiot, Pokiri, Desamudhuru etc. All those films are registered as huge hits in Puri career. So the audience expected the same type of success for Varun Tej movie too.

Varun Tej started his career with low profile movie like Mukunda and Varun Tej new movie 'Kanche' is a thought provoking one. Whereas, mega family heroes are identified for their full length mass masala entertainers.

So when Varun and Puri combination was announced along with the title, the mega fans felt that, Loafer would be the right film for Varun, which matches his personality.

But it seems the makers have now decided to change the title of the film. Upon seeing a part of the film, director Ram Gopal Varma, the long time associate and guide to Puri, suggested that, Loafer title did not suit the project and said to change it to any family title.

In the past, Puri scored a super hit with the family title “Amma, Nanna, o tamil Ammayi”. Now in his new movie, Puri is reportedly going to show Varun as a thief and the plot of the movie revolves around the mother sentiment. So the makers are considering 'Ma amma Seethamalaxmi' as the movie title.

But the mega fans are disappointed with the title, opining that the title would throw Varun into class genre completely, whereas they wanted to see him in a mass role.

However it is to be noted that the movie director is Puri Jagannath, who is expert in showing hero character in utter mass level, whatever be the subject of the movie. So keeping this point in mind, mega fans are convinced to some extent.
