Hero Vishal of Pandem Kodi fame was severely injured while shooting for his forthcoming flick Poojai. According to the film unit, Vishal had to jump from an over bridge into a car which was parked below, however, after he jumped, Vishal's hand got caught in an asbestos sheet. The actor was immediately rushed to the hospital and he had to get nearly 16 stitches on his left hand.
The doctors have advised for a bed rest of six weeks. Poojai has Shruti Haasan in the female lead and Hari is directing the movie.
Vishal himself is producing the movie on Vishal Film Factory banner.
