Pavithra movie, which has actress Shriya Saran in the lead role, is gearing up for a massive release on May 10. Directed by Janardhan Maharshi, Pavithra movie revolves around prostitution and it is for the first time that Shriya Saran is playing the role of a flesh worker.

The director of the movie Janardhan Maharshi has said that he didn't make Pavithra movie to make any point as such. Pavithra film was actually inspired from a real life incident, said the director. Movies on prostitution is actually no new subject in Tollywood.

Earlier we have seen Vedam movie wherein Anushka palys the role of a call girl. Also, there's another movie that's going to be come out on the same subject, which has Charmi in the lead role. So, one has to wait and watch how Janardhan Maharshi has handle the subject.
