Here is some scintillating news for the super star Rajanikanth’s fans world over. The news to be cherished and nurtured for a long time to come is that he has penned the story himself for his forthcoming movie ‘Rana’.
Though it is not officially confirmed by the production house Eros International which is producing the movie in collaboration with Soundarya Rajanikanth, daughter of the super star, there are reasons to believe the reports that he has penned his forthcoming movie’s story.
It is not first time that he has penned story for a movie. Earlier, the super star wrote a story for romantic comedy film ‘Vaali’ and the story for ‘Rana’ will be his second piece of writing. Sources said that Rajanikanth wrote the story one year back and asked the famous director KS Ravi Kumar to direct the movie.
Ravi Kumar has reportedly accepted the offer and sought permission of the superstar to make changes in the script. After Rajanikanth agreed for the changes, the director has roped in S. Ramakrishnan to pen dialogues for the film. ‘Rana’ features Deepika Padukone, Vidya Balan and Rekha in the key roles.
