Samsung Galaxy S4 to have foldable screen?

Samsung has always loved to take the game to the next level with their latest innovations and at CES 2013 at Las Vegas on day two it has done exactly the same, Imagine your phones with flexible screens! Unfathomable right? Samsung has done the impossible yet again. Youm screens are flexible OLED screens that are flexible but however are at the prototype concept level as of now.

At the CES has displayed a mobile prototype that measured 5" diagonally but it was not fully functional, yet. Samsung looks like it has time traveled into the future when it displayed Yuom on its shelves at the CES with the almost 720p resolution and the 16:9 aspect ratio. The origins of the technology was in 2011 and it has been improved over the years by the same South Korean giant.

In the show, the mobile display had a screen that was bent around the corner, in which way you could see a part of the screen even when your flip cover remained closed. This could be useful for business tickers and other applications that would save you bothering about turning the phone back to power if you merely wanted to see who messaged you or other such petty updates.

Currently the display is capable of showing only images, and many smartphone functions are yet to be incorporated but it won't take long for this to become a reality.

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S IV is highly likely to have this technology incorporated into it. The screen would be unbreakable and if possible this might also be a flexible one.
