Owaisi granted bail but to remain in jail

MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owasi has got bail from Sangareddy court. He was charged with allegations of making derogatory statements against the then district collector of Medak. The court, after hearing the bail plea of Akbaruddin Owaisi, has granted bail on him for two sureties worth Rs.5000 each. Although Akbaruddin got bail in this case, he's still behind bars under judicial custody at Adilabad district jail.
In connection with much serious case (sedition), Akbaruddin, who has been under judicial custody in Nirmal is now going to stay at jail till February 19 as the district court has extended his judicial custody. Menawhile, Akbaruddin's voice has been recorded by the police for about 30 minutes. The same would be sent to forensic laboratory for ascertaining whether the voice in the videos (based on which cases were filed against Akbaruddin) belonged to Akbaruddin Owaisi.
