Jagan should tender apologies to Lord Balaji: VH

Senior Congress leader V Hanumantha Rao has said that he would stage a silent protest in case YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy doesn’t tender apologies to Lord Sri Venkateshwara Swamy in Tirumala.

V Hanumantha Rao has said that all those who overlooked the Lord at the temple have paid the price. Notably, Hanumantha Rao said he was disturbed with Jagan’s supporters raising slogans in the main temple when Jagan was heading to sanctum sanctorum for seeking blessing of the deity.

He has also said that the day Jagan toured Tirupati would remain as a black day. The leader has demanded the officials of TTD to take swift action against Y S Jaganmohan Reddy. Hanumantha Rao has said that in case Jagan doesn’t apologize to Lord or TTD officials don’t take action against him within a week, he would stage a protest in Tirumala.

It is known that YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s Tirumala tour has stirred up a new controversy. Jagan visited Tirumala in the early hours of Wednesday. He didn’t sign the declaration form, which later bothered TTD officials. Also, the supporters of Jagan raised hailed YS Jagan in the main temple that apparently disturbed the devotees and hurt their sentiments. (Phani)
