No question of change in leadership: Renuka Chowdhary

The Congress MP Renuka Chowdhary has said that the question of changing the chief minister doesn’t arise. With rumours and speculations in the air that the high command is likely to change Kiran Kumar Reddy after by-polls, Renuka Chowdhary made it clear that Kiran would continue as the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh. She has also said that the post of the chief minister was not vacant. Commenting on the suspension of MPs from Lok Sabha, Renuka Chowdhary said the suspension was made since the MPs tried to obstruct the Parliament proceedings.

She has also questioned as to how their policy-we would do anything but action should not be taken-would work? When asked about MPs comments on Renuka Chowdhary, she has said that she was an advocate of Telangana state and said she doesn’t require anyone’s certificates.

Renuka Chowdhary has exuded confidence that the Congress party has no problem after the completion of by-polls, which are round the corner. She has said that all those who challenged that they would destroy the Congress party have got perished and mentioned that party has no shortage of candidates. Further, she said even she was ready to contest if the high command orders. (Phani)
